These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Version Info WordPress plugin and the website at versioninfoplugin.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Brand on Fire LLC, doing business as Gaucho Plugins ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Version Info is a WordPress plugin that displays technical environment information (PHP, MySQL, WordPress, and server versions) within the WordPress admin dashboard. We offer a free version distributed through WordPress.org and premium versions ("Pro" and "Agency") sold through our website via the Freemius platform.
Premium plans require a valid license key activated through Freemius. Each license specifies the number of sites on which it may be used. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and account credentials.
Licenses are granted on a per-site basis as selected at purchase (single site, 3-site, 25-site, or 100-site). You may not share, sublicense, or transfer your license key to any third party without our written consent.
All premium purchases are processed by Freemius, which utilizes Stripe and PayPal as payment processors. By making a purchase, you also agree to the Freemius Terms of Service.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (annual) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all premium plans. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal. Refund requests should be submitted through the Gaucho Plugins support portal or via Freemius. Please also review the Freemius Refund Policy for additional details.
You agree not to:
